RETURNS

Our Return Department makes it easy to return an item! Most Voltaire purchases can be returned as long as they fit within the time frame of our return policy listed below.

A number will be provided to you and a return document will be emailed, you will need to print and place it within your package.

For a refund back to your credit card, items must be returned within 15 days and must be in new and unused condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories. Gift certificates and/or other items that carry financial value cannot be returned.

Items received within 30 days of delivery are allowed to be returned for store credit. Store credit will be valid for 1 year. Items returned for store credit must be in new and unused condition and contain all original packaging and accessories.

Exchanges may be made within 30 days of delivery. Again, products returned must be in new and unused condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories. Additional shipping charges may apply to deliver your new product.

Engraved/Personalized Any items that had engraving or any personalization made to them cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged due to the customization.

Shipping/Handling and Gift Wrap: If the return is a result of our error, process a return of the item with our Voltairecollection.com Return Department for a refund of the appropriate shipping and gift wrap charges. Shipping charges and gift wrap fees are not refunded otherwise.

Tax: The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.

Discounts and Promotions: The refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift or discount.

Sale Items: Sale items are not subject to returns or refunds unless otherwise stated on the item. 

Special Order Items: Any items specially ordered or made to order are not subject to returns, refunds or exchanges.

For shipping your return to us, we suggest using EMS International, UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post. While this will not be refunded to you, it will protect you from packages lost in transit. Please be sure to keep your tracking number until your package has been received.

After a return has been received, it can take up to 30 business days to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. PayPal orders will be refunded via PayPal. An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your return has been processed.
